I really don't understand why you dislike Windows and Mac so much! I actually don't mind both and before reading your paper or blog in this case, i never even had heard of "Linux" to be honest with you. If it is WAYYY better then why aren't many people using it or even talking about it?
Windows has too many errors, and viruses, oh, yeah, and you can't forget the Blue Screen of Death. Macs look dumb (to me), I was trying to post this comment on a Mac (it was at school, so don't get all "See, you use a Mac!" in my face, or any thing) and it wouldn't let me post it. I also couldn't log on to edit the blog, or anything. For those you have to buy stuff, but Linux is ALL FREE. Not many people use Linux because Windows is super-advertised (Windows and Macs are used at schools, so people know what they are).
I have a windows and I have never seen the blue screen of death the only bad thing is that it starts up to slow and the linux company is advertiseing way more than windows just windows go more public. For linux you have to know were to look.
Technology really is an inescapable aspect of our daily lives, and I think it is safe to say that we have passed the point of no return in our relationship with technology.
I don't mean this in a bad way, of course! Ethical concerns aside... I just hope that as memory gets cheaper, the possibility of transferring our brains onto a digital medium becomes a true reality. It's a fantasy that I dream about almost every day.

Linux is the best Operating System in the world!! It is ALL FREE!! It is WAAAY better than Windows and Mac!
